Background Warper (Earthbound BGs)
Just a little tool to generate your own Earthbound-style warping battle backgrounds. Still needs a little cleaning up and implementing the remaining effects I wanted to include.

This is extremely cool! I wish you could save the backgrounds or add your own images though

To save this and use it in your game I found out, you can simply screen record it and cut the video until it loops.
